Digital communication can do more than simply reduce travel.

VISTROEM Studios enable companies to professionally deliver training sessions, town hall meetings, webinars, tutorials, live streams and video conferences directly from their own premises.

Simple and automated operation makes professional digital communication a viable alternative even in situations where an in-person meeting might otherwise be preferred due to a lack of technical equipment or expertise. This can help reduce travel and, for many formats, eliminate the need for production or event teams to travel to the location.

At the same time, the studio is designed as permanently available infrastructure: cameras, lighting, audio and production technology remain on site and can be used repeatedly for a wide variety of formats.

We also take a different approach to the physical construction of our studios. In cooperation with a professional carpenter, the studio structure is built entirely from wood. Metal is used only for the height-adjustable stands. This allows us to avoid the traditional aluminium or metal truss structures commonly used in exhibition and event production.

Where possible, we also work with regional partners and manufacturers to keep supply chains and distances short.

Our aim is not to replace personal interaction, but to provide a professional digital alternative whenever travel or an elaborate production setup is not necessary.
